Only way to reset values is to unplug the transducer. is there away to check the SA2 module?

SAK2 is damaged unfortunately.

There is no way to check SAK2 unless you mount it on another machine. But there is a risk of loosing data or transferring totaliser from one machine to another.

It's possible to repair it, buy it takes time.

Send a photo by email from top and back side of SAK2.

I checked the voltage at the transducer and it’s 27.6v it’s the same at the power strip across -8 & +8. I thought I had read that it should be 24v, could that voltage difference be the problem?

That's fine.

Okay we soldered in the potimeter. That did allow the the adjustment needed to get the press running. I did notice that adjusting the I4 values also was changing the I1 values.

Tracking back through the schematics looks like those two are running back to the SFM board. Would that be the board with a problem?
