Hi sir:
Look for the limit switch LS-fds , must be closed and the LED will be LIT, check this condition.
Otherwise, adjust and test the limit switch, for loose wires, dirty, open, or faulty switch.
Since his machine has PLC, please look if the +24Vdc has in the electronic board for Input and output according with his schematic electrical diagrams.
