Heidelberg speed master 52.2 Err 13

Hello there...
WE have problem with Heidelberg speed master 52-2 serial number 201527 with error code 13
the system can not boot .when WE turn on the display show Heidelberg logo only. Last time the signals were coming, water and air system was working but unable to see it brightly on the delivery console screen, this time only Heidelberg logo is bright. Can any body help us with this problem Please .

Hi sir:

Attached is there how to reset ANY CPU, in any machine, is my own formula, you must see what CPU do you have, INTEL, etc, and according sear in Google, or Yahoo, or other, the CPU pins, and you must do the following:

1) Vcc pin regulated power supply in tolerance 0.7% up or down, otherwise defective regulated power supply, and you can NOT do the RESET for CPU.

2) CLOCK PIN , measure with the DMM in MHZ, otherwise the reset will be useful...

if the 2 steps are o.k, make a bridge from RESET PIN to Ground, with the Machine ON....
