Heidelberg MOZP speed not increasing

Hello everyone,

We couldn't increase the speed of our MOZP machine higher than 3000 sh/hr. Sometimes it goes up to 6000 but comes back again to around 3000. Could you please help?

The machine was serviced 3 weeks before and all the lubrication lines were checked. We will check it once again also. Thank you.

First off, check your slip ring and commutator brushes in main drive motor.

Normaly to increase the speed of all heidelberg machine have a relation with the selection of feeder
if the feeder selection is not maintained this problem can occur and also as a safety measure if the machine has not been automatically lubricated for a certain time and you let it go it blocks the increase in speed
