What is the maximum operational speed of Heidelberg Perfector ?

    We are interested in a 1995 HEIDELBERG SM 102-6P which has done 533 Million impressions...

    We will be using the 2+4 perfector system permanently...as we dont have any jobs to run on straight..

    I contacted printer ; he say machine max speed is 13,000....does it run in perfector mode also at 13,000 ?

    Is this machine recommended ? It has done 533 mil impressions..but seems mechanically sound..

    I have seen many SM102 with over 500 million. I don't know if I would call any mechanically sound. As far as max speed in perfect it could be either 12k or 13k, Heidelberg did both around that time. I doubt you will want to run a machine with over 500 million wide open though.
