Hello to all of you. I have a question rather difficult to me. Since i've bought my Heidelberg CD 102-4 aged 1997 with cpc 1.04 i have messy results when using the preset ink settings from the computer and i've seen my own that the problem comes from the ink keys. Is there a way to reset them all both mechanically and using the cpc? I've tried various solutions online but none of them helped me quite well. For your information i have square servo motors .

Kind regards,
Axel

The first thing to be sure of, before attempting to recalibrate motors and potentiometers, is that the mechanicals under the key are free of dried ink. Once that is determined you can then proceed with resetting potentiometers. It’s a touchy process.

  • Thanks for your reply. I've already cleaned them but i can't find a proper way to reinstall them. Also from what it looks like apart from the motors themselves seems the allen screws also seem to have been touched. Feels to me totally the whole system out of any "zeroing"
