Hi friends, I’m working on a press with problem in feeder and delivery main piles. When the power goes out -while the press is printing - and the generator comes on after about three mins and the machine is turned on again, with the feeder main pile tries goes up or down , the feeder main pile...

Any idea what's causing these excessive water below the pan? It never happened before until today. And it's not condensation from the pan above, the chiller was set to 8 degrees Celcius.

Running a '99 cd 102 for ever. getting roller (gear?) streaks in units 1&6. Haven't had this issue until recently. new rubber in both units, but still can't eliminate. what has happened? Can't figure it out. Solids suck. Can anyone offer help?:eek:
