Dear brothers, when i start my machine i found this problem . I need to restart the machine up to 6 times then the machine work.
Any one can help me?

Did all of these errors suddenly appear at once?
When you restart the machine several times to get it working, do these errors go away or are the errors still there?

Yes the errors happened suddenly before 1 month..
And when i restart the machine several times the errors go away

If all these errors showed up suddenly together, it is most likely that you have a communication problem between the press and the CP2000 console. Have you checked all cables, plugs and pc boards in the CP200 cabinet? Try to unplug and reseat all plugs and ribbon cables inside the cabinet first.

In the Heidelberg SM 102 CP2000 console, ink zone opening and volume information is processed and controlled by the ESK (Input/Output Control Board) and the SAK (Memory Analog Board). The local servo motors for the ink keys connect to the FZK (Distributor Board).
The control architecture distributes tasks as follows:

• ESK (Input/Output Control Board): Serves as the central link, transmitting all control-relevant signals between the CP2000's processor boards (REK) and the peripheral equipment.
• SAK (Memory Analog Board): Handles analog signal processing, interfacing between the system's memory and the digital ink commands.

It is impossible to get these error messages suddenly at the same time

The main issue in your machine is the ink zones problem.
Check the power supply cable on the back side of the MOT board under the ink zones control panel.
Other error messages like an issue with the beta.c unit, send a photo of its display.
Ink fountain motors block could be due to motor or drive board fault, deselect it then select it on the units which giving the error.
Circ. Register motor error due to the motor itself or its potentiometer.
Also you have a faulty hard disk in the IPC unit.
To guide you correctly, provide the machine information (year, model, ...)
