Feeder Timing issue on Heidelberg CD 102-5+LX

Hi there, we're currently experiencing a problem on the timing for the feeder of our CD 1-2 5+lx. This it does not show on the manual how to adjust the timing especially on when the paper feeder looses its timing, also whenever the feeder looses its timing, the printing plate also has a problem, like when setting it up, it does not clamp the plate.

First Are you sure that you have a timing issue, if you confirm that there is a procedure to do that a lot of point must be checked

the problem is that whenever we feed sheets to the machine, it stops however, when we use inch run, it can feed the paper sheet. And also, this affects the plates in the printing unit because it falls off eventually

Hi, for this kind of setting up feeder timing you need specialist. Regarding fact that the machine has been installed correctly, the feeder timing must be checked before first paper run. The plate changing program has nothing to do with feeder timing.

there is no relationship between the plates that come loose and the margin problem, if you do it one by one and the machine does not stop then it is not a timing problem, you must first check the air in the margin table (the tablecloth, the holding rollers on the front cleats, etc.) otherwise you must check the opening cylinder of the balance clamps I think that is your problem it has happened to me several times.
