Heidelberg CD 102 - 2 color SSK1 Card Issue

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue for the past few days with my CD 102. The icons for SSK1 are not appearing. Can anyone help me understand what might be causing this? I have already checked the wires and tested my SSK1 card on another machine, where it worked properly. However, it does not function on my CD 102.I have attached a picture for reference, showing that this specific screen is missing from my machine's CPC panel. Thank you!
