Hello everyone,
We’re experiencing an issue with our Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 - 10 Color press that I’d appreciate some insight on. This morning, when the operator tried to power on the machine, the shunt remained continuously activated, causing the main switch to trip. As a result, the machine won’t start.
After troubleshooting, we found that the shunt release voltage stays at 24V from the moment the machine is switched on. The only workaround so far is to disconnect the shunt cable from the main switch, which allows the machine to power up.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
Any advice or suggestions for a permanent fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
