heidelberg console cpc 102 4 color error

Hi,
Ccan anyone help me with the heindelberg cpc sm 102 error color setting problem?
If I try setting CPC, the color on number one there is an error but on another number it's good.
Where is the problem?

However clean the edge connectors , of the Board in the CPC, please very well, and test the ribbon cables or flat cables, for dirty, or bent pins, or corroded...!!
