We recently purchased a new large format UV Cured inkjet printer (the Agfa Anapurna M2) and have had some issues with the first 50 inches or so coming out more red than the rest. This is typically more noticeable for blues and grays but I can see a definite difference in almost anything printed...

Is it possible to modify the fountain solution so as to let the ink drying be accelerated in such a way that a UV dryer would not be needed?

I Run a Ryobi 3304ha i leave the regular process ink on the rollers overnight it stays open and does not skin up. I do spray a small amount of anti skin on the rollers. Does anyone know if this shorten the life of the rollers or cause any other problems. Thanks
