I Run a Ryobi 3304ha i leave the regular process ink on the rollers overnight it stays open and does not skin up. I do spray a small amount of anti skin on the rollers. Does anyone know if this shorten the life of the rollers or cause any other problems. Thanks

I use to run a komori 26" 6 color and left the process ink on over night.. most of the time i forgot to spray it down with anti skin... Most likely, it will wear down your rollers faster than normal. For me, it was mainly the forms rollers that wore down. But it depends alot of the ink brand your using, just something you have to feel out for yourself.
