Hi! about 10 yrs ago, I did Ink Formulating and Mixing for 2 yrs. for a company that screen printed CD's. I did not actually work at the presses, just supplied the pressman with the inks after formulating/mixing. I have recently gone to school for Graphic Arts and had classes in Printing processes. I am trying to re-enter this field and need some advice from you experts on some interview questions.
1. What are some examples of modifications to ink for an inline press with minimal downtime?
2. What are some various ink types and how they apply to different operations such as screen printing, vacuum forming, die cutting, shearing, sawing, heat bending, and laminating.
