1988 Gto 52 4 color registration prob

Did you check brushes on both sides of motor?? Maybe it's time to have electrician look at schematics, and determine if all relays/contactors that should be energized are actually pulled in. It's possible you may have a burnt out magnet (coil) causing your problem.
Dear junker1984
Noted and i will check for that. Thank you

Hi Junker1984 one more thing to ask. If i fully pull the brake lever manually and do inching, is it my motor must moving? Thanks

  • If brake discs become fouled, which I've seen happen many times, the brake will not compress fully, and in turn will not close the switch (which is mounted on the brake) allowing th press to run.

Did you follow this steps carefully??

Please review if the contactor d114 is close when you activated for work in Inching and d210.

If not review if the voltage is there
or loose connection, or fuse before, or contacts dirty from contactor, or defective.

Look if d244 forward +d245 backward if close too for Inching, test it

You perhaps hear the contactor goes ON, But the contacts from contactor can be worn, or dirty, or defective, Test it carefully and replace it.

    Happy New Year

"Speed regulating servo motor continues to run" is how im understanding the question. If so, remove small rectangular cover over servo and spin the outer cam while holding lever down against it, until lever falls into detente.
    I do not understand

If I understand correctly when you eliminate the 3rd group the impression is normal but when you work with the 3rd group the problem exists??
In this case you must check the gripper bars (printing cylinder and transfer cylinder), adjust the grippers with a 0.03 mm gauge, check the gripper supports and measure the covering of the blanket cylinder, measure the thickness of the blanket, everything must be standard
    Good luck

  • Try this...feed some sheets without impression and push emergency stop.
Pull from each transfer drum and the double storage transfer cylinder -i suspect that is the culprit- the gripped sheet.
If you pull it by hand without tearing the sheet, then that is the one that needs adjustment
