Hi

can any one help about my machine registration problem

Unit number 1 and unit number 3 has problem

from top right and bottom right

pls advise

Hi V2, You'll have to try to be more specific regarding your issue. Photo would help. Double imaging? Is there a perfector between 2 and 3?

  • Yes perfector now I checked

Double image in only first unit

Between plate and blanket cylinder no space while without impassion

right side okay but on left side blanket and plate touch

I change packing now better but still touching but less

    use 125 packing

I suppose you mean 1.25 mm packing under blanket right? If that is the case then you are really OVER over packing blanket.
By the book you should go as low as 0.95 max 1.15. Your plate is without packing i presume -hope-.
    Sooo formula is:
plate thickness 0,15mm - plate undercut 0.03mm=plate over bearer ring +0.12mm
    blanket 1,95mm + packing say 1mm - blanket undercut 3mm=blanket under bearer ring-0,05mm
ergo your squeeze of plate/blanket is 0,12-0,05=0,07mm
Also check your plates are firmly tight over plate cylinders.
    Hope that helps

Open up electrical panel and search for 4 sets of green and red buttons see if green is sticking out and push it. That problem occured to me when machine could not speed up/slow down really slow, so electrician told me to open a small box at motor under feeder and put some grease over a radial spindle that controls the speed of machine

No there are no buttons; it’s GTO52 zp 1988 model

so red light is on and inching is only half round no running machine

My problems is same please help is small speed up and slow
Motor is continuing running and indicator is red in feeder

    Hi sir:

Please review if the contactor d114 is close when you activated for work in Inching and d210.If not review if the voltage is there
or loose connection, or fuse before, or contacts dirty from contactor, or defective.

Look if d244 forward +d245 backward if close too for Inching, test it

    Happy New Year

"Speed regulating servo motor continues to run" is how im understanding the question. If so, remove small rectangular cover over servo and spin the outer cam while holding lever down against it, until lever falls into detente.

Dear Sir, please help I have GTO Z. While running it's stop. We try inching forward/backward it does not moving but we hear contactors is functioning and brake releasing. We check all the safety switches and we hear contactors is functioning. Any advise what need to check. Thank you.

    Best regards,
    john

Red warning light illuminated? Green lamp illuminated? Have you checked brushes in commutator and slip ring holders? Have you checked fuses? Have you checked incoming voltage on all three legs?

    Dear junker1984,
From the Board, The 2green lamp illluminated after press the forward/backward. The red lamp is On after press the safety botton. The brushes in commutator ring holder not yet check. Fuses all OK by continuity check. Incoming voltage 3phase also OK. Rectifier 24v dc is OK. My machine model is GTOZ 52 two colours. Serial number 712912. Manually testing the safety switches all ok and contactors is responding. Try to forward/backward the contactors also responding. Try to press Run contactors also responding but Not running. Please advice. Thank you.

  • Have you manually pulled brake release lever and tried inching/run buttons.
    Dear junker1984,
I tried manually pulled the brake release lever and tried inching/run buttons and still motor Not running. The operator go to other side of the machine and he can turn manually freely the machine. Please advice. Thank you.

Did you check brushes on both sides of motor?? Maybe it's time to have electrician look at schematics, and determine if all relays/contactors that should be energized are actually pulled in. It's possible you may have a burnt out magnet (coil) causing your problem.
