Example is Vcc according with the data sheet of CPU, like +5Vcc. if is 5.5Vcc, is faulty the regulated power supply, some electronic board as Potentiomter for adjust the R. P. Supply, others NOT, you must have 2 alternatives ; 1) repair or 2) replace it...

2) the clock in the same way in the data sheet, you must identify the Pin for the CPU (clock) in MHZ, and replace, NOT repair, unless if you must identify ; Colder + dry joint solder in the component, behind of the component.


If everything is o.k, RESET the CPU, as according, with my schematic, or small Black Button.
