Roland 300 problem

Hello, i need advice about one problem on R300.
There is no errors on screen, machine is "green". Costumer start the machine, you can here bell sound and then when he press start again machine does not go to run and lights turn off...
I repeat, there is NO ERRORS on desk monitor....

They told me, i was not there in printshop, that on maindrive is everythinh OK. He send me picture of main drive, but i am not shure when is pucture taken, in wich moment...

Edit, wrong information, i call them to confirm and now they are saying that machine is green, but when he press start he DOES NOT heare sound and all green lamps turned off... BKF is on stand by...

When press is not running? I dont know, i can ask them to do that...
Do you have some idea? As i understand ( it is not the same language that we speak) sometime LSR does not boot propertly... But i can not confirm that information....
