Cleaning grippers was only prevention and assurance before SID test.

Heidelberg servis come from 7.7.2014 again change all plate clamp and servis tell so need 1 day for 1 unit

Good question examined the plate cylinder elements any problem...

Iit will be very interesting and decisive

I've seem so many problems with printing presses over the years it is hard sometimes to pin point the issue. MrHeidelberg brings up a good point. the floor that it is sitting on can cause a problem with holding position. Mechanics are not operator, they need input and an open mind to find the little things that go wrong. Case in point, movement on units on this older four colour press, three days and no find. I was working the grave yard shift and in talking to the feederman it seemed the one operator like to use the 17mm wrench to push the buttons, ya real smart. Changed out the "unit select" and the vertical movement button problem gone but the tech was so focus on the press he didn't look at the consul. My point is EVERYTHING big and small has to be checked and rechecked as well as proceedures and stocks that is being used.

Hi.

Last 2 weeks Heidelberg Germany service worked on removal problem with register

Just last friday try 1 mm move bend position on bend mashine for plates and realy help

today was make SID test where register hold very good.


Just if we print job 4+4 first 4 unit realy hold fantastic and after perfector is any unit, most 7 and 8 is somethimes image short or longer usually always does not matter on paper gsm or size.

question is it normal on 4+4 job ?

Could it be a paper stretch? I mean you just ran that sheet trough 7 or 8 print units with a great pressure in each, is there a possibility that a sheet stretches and it shows the most in last 2 units?

Help something so dont stretch paper? Difrent blanket ink?...........

We use Böttcher 4500, 1.95 mm blankets i heard about Japan blanket PERFECT DOT they are great said Heidelberg service

I printed 150gsm paper all unit was ok just unit 7 (magenta) again short image cca. 0.06

So i setup register in grip and stretched my hand up with plate clamp

Somebody know where is problem or who help ?
