Problem installing the print receipt column

When you removed the gripper bars, you should have kept these shim packs with the original bars. Assuming you're replacing bars, or maybe just chains, the original shim packs will likely work, in either case. The thickness is determined by the height of the pad rail of the delivery gripper bar in relation to the impression cylinder pad rail ( or cylinder surface ).

How do I determine the size of the filling? Does it have a specific size? Please specify in the image. And is the actual filling different from what's shown in the picture?

Thickness of shim pack is determined by the variance of manufacturing tolerances when machining the flat mounting surface of the gripper bar. You don't mention anything about taking the shim packs out, and why. Did you mix up the individual shims and don't know how they were grouped? Are you replacing the gripper bars with Chinese versions? As I'd mentioned previously, pad height of delivery gripper bars, at transfer point to impression cylinder, should be about the same relative height as the impression cylinder gripper pads. If you have no clue as to how to go about this, and your shim packs are all mixed up from original positions, separate the thicknesses and divide them up evenly to get about the same thickness at all four mounting points. These are not as critical in placement as are the shim packs on a pincer bar.

I don't remember the number of fillings because this filling was removed a long time ago. What happens if more fillings are added? And what happens if there are too few?

"Buckling" or tearing of the lead edge of the sheet at gripper positions.
