Polar Standard 115 Cutting Machine

Goodday, we use an old polar standard 115 for cutting paper. Some time ago we had an oil leak and the machinist kept using the machine until it stopped working. We removed the hydraulic pump and needed to replace it because it was running dry.
We bought a pump from China because we could not find the original pump to replace. (picture included )
The machine starts and runs smooth but the cutting knife wont engage. it stays on the same spot. We have filled the oil in the container to where it is supposed to be and we here an electronic clicking sound when pressing the buttons to engage the knife but it does not move. We are still busy testing out what the problem is. In the mean time i am making this thread in the hope someone has an answer for me we are overlooking. Thank you

If you have 115 Old POLAR, you must BLEED the complete system, and PUT a new Hydraulic oil, recommend by the factory POLAR, like SHELL tellus OEL 32, or similar.

The capacity is 30 litters, and then start bleeding very well, otherwise, the system has air, and the machine WILL NOT WORK....!

Proceed as I did indicate you before, your machine is Polar 115 CS,, with electronic boards.

You must to check after bleeding the machine, the Safety Bolt control .

just an update... the lines do not have air in the system.. we tested the high pressure valve and we can press the ball with our finger... the person repairing the machine says the pump is not ok because it does not give enough pressure to let the knife work.. so now we are going to check if we can repair the old pump..

Ok, but measure with manometer in Bar x test the pressure pump.

Max:110 bar - Min 30 bar.

goodday again.... we have concluded that the hydraulic pump is the problem... we had bought one from china.... does anyone know where i can buy a hydraulic pump for a Polar 115 CS ?

Very difficult, to get the pump original from Polar.

You must repair or Adapt it.

Did you Bleeded some oil from the 6mm Bolt on the Gear Box?

And How Much Pressure you are getting on Knief Gear box Piston?

where and how do you bleed the air for the foot operated clamp after the oil is filled?

our 115 EMC ran low on oil. we filled it and everything works perfect except the clamp goes down about 2 inches only when foot pedal is depressed but works great when you operate the knife. Where and how do I bleed the air for the clamp?

I see no 6mm screw but #1 sol valve is dripping. I do see a fitting with a ball bearing at the closest actually there are 2 of these also one on the cutter sol

I just need to know if bleeding it and where will fix the problem I am having...the clamp only travels about 30mm with the pedal . The clamp works fine when operating the knife switches
