Good morning Guys,

We have the above guillotine and the oil is leaking on the hydraulic pump seal on the lower pulley.
I remove the center bolt and the three bolts on the pulley and the half piece of the pulley came off
and I found out that the other half pulley is secured by another screw kind of bolt that is not turning either direction clockwise or counterclockwise. Kindly help me with this as I don't know which direction is for opening it or give me an easier way of opening it so that I can replace the seal.

Hi please:
Use WD-40 for to loose the screww, and some secrete.

After you did use the WD-40 wait for 5 minutes, use a Powerful Ratch, give firt: 1) counter-clockwise 2) and then normal clockwise.

Blessing

Thanks, guys the formula worked and I removed the pulley and I removed the hydraulic pump and I replaced the front seal on the pump and reassembled the pump but I noticed a small gap at the back cover(1mm) and this baffled me as I counter reassembled the pump three times as I personally have never seen an oil or pressure pump with a gap of whatever size. I finally fixed it back on the machine and tested and the hydraulic system failed to work and I am very suspicious of that small gap despite that when you google for images of that hydraulic pump you kind of still see it on several images ( see attached image ). Can anybody help me with a systematic diagram of disassembling and assembling
    the pump, please

but I could not identify from which pins it came from. Please assist from the attached photos as the transformer is well labled.
    Thanks for your continued support.

    Hi sir;

    1) Would you not find any schematic diagrams for the hydraulic Pump for Polar, since this private matter from the Factory Polar,

However i can give you a tip for fix it: go to some Laboratory of Diesel, they fix it all king of hydraulic device, I can do it in my country

2)Attached you will find screen shot in Red circle, please identify the Number Connector from his Polar 115 CS, if is number 14 or 34 or another number. In order to help you, indicate where is connected the wires loose.

    Let me know, sincerely

Thank you very much for your response to this issue.

This is an old Polar-Mohr Standard 115 as per the attached photos and the cable from behind is connected to the small PCB board on
the right side of the machine. As from of the front on the PCB the only writing on that connector is 3, 6, 4 as you can see on the photo.
Please check and see how you can assist.

    Regards,
    Ndirangu.

    Dear Sir:
Attached again the stecker that i need the number, unfortunately, the Pics, that you send me does not Help me.

The only way, is you look carefully , the printer number in the connector, or dissasemble the board, and look for the printed number for connector and color wires, since this is Old machine.

By other sides, if you have the wiring schematic, will be helpful is you look in the rear what number if the connector, for to indicate you.

Thanks, guys I managed to sort out the problem and the Polar 115 guillotine is up and running.

Yes, you must exchange the Oil- O Rings kit.

    Blessings

You Said yellow block, O- rings is external from yellow block, or hydraulic block + cooper washers too.

    Blessings

The problem is after bleeding air the clamp operates without second pressure when knife goes down. The pump had recently been serviced.

  • You must bleeding all the system!!!

    Not only the clamp system.

    Blessings
