Heidelberg SM-74-4-L 2009 year DryStar 2000 CAN problem.

When I am switching on the dryer, the lamps are starting pre heating and about 5-10 minutes are happening the pre heating, it is very long time and then after the 5-10 minutes the pre heating is switching off. And the heater simbol on the monitor is disapering too. Only fault what machine is giving is that conection between the dryer and machine is ended and (do you fixed the problem). I have the pictures too.

You need to make sure the coolant is at correct psi there are 2 tanks in main cabinet with gauges.both must be same psi .the coolant must be correct ratio water/coolant consult manual.

It's quite tricky. Once you've got the problem, have a look on the SPS behind the door of Dryer electric cabinet. There are some LEDs, take short video and share it with us.

Hi mate,
It doesn't look coolant pressure. There comes an error message related to low pressure or insufficient air. I assume SPS stops working, but not sure.

Can0 serial is damaged. Take it to an electrician and ask him to open it and look for internal damages. Once fixed. It will work again
