Heidelberg SM52 2 color 2009 not booting

HEIDELBERG SM52 2-COLOR YEAR:2009
YESTERDAY MACHINE SHUT DOWN NORMALLY THEN NOW SWITCH ON THE MAIN SWITCH Q1
- No booting in touch display (delivery side)
- No response in any button's
- No feeder/Delivery Phile UP/DOWN
- HEIDELBERG logo only appear continually in KID(Feeder panel) display.
- Delivery Lamp only On.
- In Electrical control Cabinet there contactors are not Actuate, but All modules Led's are Blinking

-Now i did Check Main Power Supply Q1 400v
- I did check T1 transformers output Supply 230Vac , 400Vac, 90Vac... everythin output ok
- I check All fuses are OK in power Supply Unit"+91-A20".
- I check all fuses are OK in Rectifier Power Supply "+91-A27" module...

There is from Sheetfed Control Unit(SCU), to all module Yellow LED lights blinking.

I don't know what is the problem... Exactly.

there's is no power in SSR module "91-A124, +92-A132, +91-A136, +91-K129,

please help me...

No problem brother, U0--U3 show the status of the SCU, normally when the SCU has booted and everything is running U3 is flashing at about 20Hz, a running light from U0 to U3 (or u3 to u0, I dont remember correctly) indicates a system crash. Red PF and RES LEDs at the power plug come on briefly only at power up and then should be OFF, a red continuous light is a problem indication. CAN LEDs show CAN Rx & TX activity but can at times indicate a potential problem with a CAN node or in other words any module on the CAN bus.

it seems scu is not booting .
remove all can cable /fast i/o plug from scu .
let only power (+24 volt) and rj45 connector pluged in .
if your scu is ok then toouch will boot .
if still nothing is coming on touch and no led is flashing in the scu means scu is faulty .
in scu normally power section has problem which can be rectifie easily
