Could be the reason that the feeder table doesn’t automatically rise during production?

Yes, but that’s a different problem than not raising at all. The most common factor between both problems, I believe, is a failing brake contactor, which could involve dirty contact points or a failed coil. Same holds true for the motor contactor . Loose wire connections must be checked on complete circuit.
