I’ve tested the switch and even changed it, the switch does a click sound showing it still works but the table doesn’t seem to go up as it should, what is the 8mm trigger bolt?Often times it’s worn contacts in the switch itself, but have you tried raising height of the 8mm “trigger” bolt?
I’ll check it out, thank you.Another critical component to consider is the brake relay, it’s one of the hardest working components in the electrical cabinet. I forgot the relay number, but it’s something like d230. Look at the lower end of the relay and examine for heavy carbon buildup.
Is it this one? The pile doesn’t raise all allWrong switch. The switch you’re looking for is inside the feeder suction head. This switch regulates the rsising of the pile. I may have misunderstood your problem, is the pile not raising during production or won’t raise at all?
Where is the delivery pile low limit switch?Have you checked the delivery pile low limit switch? If failed or stuck, feeder won’t raise
Ohhh I see those, I will check them as well. The two switches mounted on delivery chain guides, gear side. Those are upper and lower limits.
Could be the reason that the feeder table doesn’t automatically rise during production? The switch inside the suction head is only for governing the rsising of feeder head while in production.
