I am having a Error Code In Machine which I will upload with pic...pbm is when I on my machine, beep sound occurs and when I start to run the machine....brake gets released and there is no response from motor....motor is in idle...already this have occurred....But before when this pbm occurs...we will off the main and then after few minute we will again once again On the machines, Motor starts to Run...But this time its idle.....Pls suggest wats the next step to diagnose and solve the pbm

please post all INIT-TEST images, what kind main motor do you have, DC main motor or brushless main motor?
so you have brushless main motor.
there was a little confuse, you said that your motor was in idle, usually it means the motor is running with very low speed. then you said motor had no response (no motion), which is right?

there is undervoltage in the DC 240v/540v intermediate circuit, the UVM board must be repaired or replaced.

heat sink unit KVT or AVM defective, at first check all IGBTs on the heat sink unit KVT, if any of them shorted, its related drive circuit (small standing circuit board) on AVM will damage too, so have to repair or replace.

did you check all IGNTs under the heat sink? the IGBT you have may be very close like attached datasheet. need the guy with knowledge of electronics to check those things.
very important we need all INIT-TEST images.
