Heidelberg CD-74-5+L-C problems. Safety covers but they are all closed and error Q1043

Q1043 is pointing to Oil Lubrication motor breaker. You can find it inside the main electric cabinet.
About the safety cover, there might be a damaged DIPM2 in Delivery which is very common issue.

Do you mean electronic board in upper side of the delivery.

Yes, in the back of Delivery panel. There are two LEDs above CANBUS cables (purple cables). Take s short video. I need to see the LEDs status.
Did you check if Q1043 is tripped?
You didn't say anything about the machine age!!!

A picture of the panel actually help, not really sure if there is a DIPM or just EAK's, could be blown fuses at the power distribution board inside the cabinets, like I said a picture would help.
