FTA 37 Error-any help

We are running a Xuli printer, it has recently been displaying :-

FTA 37 - Epsom head error has occurred

and results in no control of printer either through LCD screen or Printmanager software.

Has anyone had any success in fixing this?
So far we have,
1. Changed head to a known good one, this head was taken from another printer when it was working, placed in the Xuli, same error, replaced to other rig, working fine.
2. Replaced head board - no difference
3. Replaced Flexi from head board - no difference
4. Replaced +- 42V supply cable - no difference
5. Sworn at it - no difference

Have spent numerous hours on the net, everything points at the video from 3 years ago on youtube, no fixes that I have found.

Any help gratefully received.

Yes we did thank you, it was a mix up with the flexi supplier, sent double sided flexis where the contacts where on opposite sides of the flexi at the ends, the old flexi had contacts on 1 side of the flexi only, so in effect it was reversing the flexi at the head! Doh! Anyway all sorted.

Kindly assist. I have a Xuli X6 3200 printer. FTA 37 EPSON the print head error occurs. I have replaced 4 core power cable, but error still persists. Can anyone assist? Any suggestions or recommendations will be highly appreciated.

Hi, I have this problem and I replace the fuse in the carriage board. It fixed the problem, but the head is not firing. So I'm looking to find more parts to replace.
