Epson 4900 constant paper load error

Hello, first time posting here so apologies if this has been discussed as I couldn't find it. Anyways I have an epson 4900 that suddenly has a continuous paper load error. I have tried cleaning all rollers, updating firmware, leaving it unplugged and so on. Everytime I go to print anything it spins up and the paper looks to be loading fine then up comes the paper load error remove the rear unit to fix paper jam screen. I'm at the end of my tether here so any help would be great!
