DAN

Im not sure what you mean , whats wrong exactley? I just started running a Komori myself so getting the eyecom set was the biggest issue but otherwise it seems to run fairly well....Im printing a job right now on 20 pt board and its running well but I had to reset pad bars , headstops etc.....

  • The forewarding suckers release the sheet and the feed wheels just touch at the same time

The basic timing on a 2004 NL 5/28 is 240 +- 5 degrees with the second sheet in the lays, If this is of any help.
