Seized grippers before black unit, baggy blanket on that unit? Every sheet or every second sheet?

So far, we have indeed set the unit after the black unit. but I want to fix with a definite size. not just loose or tight.

If the press is known to be mechanically sound, you may want to look at the possibility that it's your paper. Try a different stock to see if the problem still exists.
