Hello everyone, i am having a really hard time trying to adjust on the GTO V-S (with streamfeeder and alcolor) i own the double sheet detectors. For some reason (don't know if it has to do with the fact that my machine is model aged 1990) in the cp tronic there is nowhere indications of EWK 1 and EWK 2 in the tool wrench although searched it several times.
    Is there any solution ?
From tests we've run the sheet detectors work but we have to adjust them properly cause now both malfunction.

Thank you everyone for your time.

Yes but due to a wire was cut (and until we find out it was a wire) the detector (the one in th OS side) was tempered. Since we've fixed and we tested that is working because in the cp tronic in the V/A section shows values when we put pieces of paper. My concern is while i saw a fix about a GTO Z-S 1993 with the values of the EWK1 and EWK2 apart from the images attached seems i don't have them. That's why i asked if there another way of setting them correctly in order to work IMG_0809.jpeg IMG_0810.jpeg IMG_0812.jpeg IMG_0811.jpeg

I don't remember the machine degree, but you can inch the press and until the roll bearing touches the pull lay rail, then check the value for I_1 (second photo). Take a photo and share it with us.

I did what you suggested and the values i've got are Imin 3,46 , the middle I (guess it's the average) is 21 mA and the maximum I is approximately 23mA (23+).
The middle one i set it around 21mA (without paper) and machine inched in 147 degrees as Chock suggest based on the images he uploaded for me.

Yet i didn't have any results. The machine eg in paper 350gr. only sees double and stop if i set from the CP Tronic too low values. Eg for paper 115gr.
