Double sheet stay permanently actived

Hello friend, SM52 work in morning, afternoon start work two three sheet pass ,the double sheet sensor stop thé feeder head, and now stay permanently. When we restart the machine the samething, double sheet error. and we cannot change the paper size and format,machine see permanently double sheet, now when we tray to change paper size and format machine dont respond,

The double sheet error diseappear when we go in inch we can pass sheet. But online error came back, and the size off paper and format Can not be change

Hi dear sir, try to put back the same format with which you were working or clean the cells with a clean cloth. Can we have the image of the double sheet and the image of the margin to better help you and understand your concern.

Did you check the adjustement ?? There is a procedure to do and when you will be sure that all is good for adjustment you have to check wiring of photocell perhaps there is a wire broken

Thank for prompt reply, now with the error of double, when we change the format and paper size the machine dont move the rectificator, i belong the memory block with double sheet error,
