It's SM74 2002 4color. Machine runs normally but occasionally completely stops without any interruption and no error on the screen. Safety button doesn't work and can't shutdown from monitor. Have to manually turn off.

Start with checking the eathernet cable from thebIPC to the RGB (REK2) board.
Then if it didn't work, swap ESK board with any other CPTronic machine at your site or at any friend.

Test the communication cable between the CPC and the machine. Also, try disabling the SFK card and connecting it directly to perform a diagnostic process of elimination.
