Technotrans beta.c communication

At Technotrans Beta.c TRE40+TCP40 after loosing battery for long time, now we have the menu only in English.
Also, there is no communication with Heidelberg Operation Panel.
On the Technotrans operation panel there is no error. Also, the refrigerator is working fine.

Does anyone know what was happening. Are we able to restore this parameters, language, date time? Also what can we do about communication.

Hi,
In case of no communication with the press there is always an error on TRE40, I need to look it up but may be the battery being dead had changed the configuration to a standalone unit

Hello. This the type of Technotrans.
Short update.
The communication is starting on and off randomly. When the communication with Heidelberg machine is running, sometimes we get zero on all values.
It can be restored from loading default settings.
The battery is new. The circuit of battery management works fine.

Can you pls send the errors on the unit? Why is there an emergency mode active? Need to know what errors are present.

There is no error on the panel.
What you see is because the panel is on the workshop not on the machine.
But when you see zero values everywhere, then the machine is enter in freezing protect.
The problem is that from time to time we are losing the communication with Heidelberg press. When that is happening, there is no error on the Technotrans panel and the freezer is working without that zero values coming out of nowhere.
That values appear only when the CAN communication with the Heidelberg press is established.

Enter the parameters by pressing (esc) for 5 seconds; change the language, the date and the time and then search if there is a parameter to set for the communication

Whenever there is no CAN communication there is always an error, the communication is between the TRE40 (screen) and REK2. There is an error for COM address.

Hi. I am having the same problem with technocrat combistar beta.c...damping refrigeration system is working effectively but there is no display of dampening solution parameters on cp2000. Printing machine is operating without error ...there is no error on chiller screen....the problem started yesterday after machine switched on (machine was off on Sunday for 24hours)

There seems to be no obvious communication related errors, pls share with me the press number, also let me know if this is a combistar CAN, you can share the name plate of technotrans unit.

Also when you mean you have no display on the cp2000 screen that means you cannot adjust the temperature from the screen or see any values?
