Hi again While running my sm-74 the z rollers on some units wind off causing colour shift and if i dont catch the problem b4 i wash up then ofcouse the form dampner on thoe units will not wash properly. Any ideas?:confused:

Can somebody please help me. When I start the printing process there is a lot of water dripping from the lowest roller on the 1st unit. Water setting is at lowest. What i do i do stop this, if i give more ink it will eventualy emusify on rollers. I tried putting a dab of ink the water meter...

I'm running an AB Dick 9910 with a Crestline dampener. I was stripping my ink form rollers and noticed that one was severly bugled on the ends. I was wondering if there was a way to help reverse this effect without buying a new roller and if not, how can i prevent this from happening.

I have a gto here that has some dried varnish on the 4 fixed ink rollers ( the ones you can't remove). I tried regular washup. I tried scrubbing with a deglazer and some pumice powder and nothing. Can any of you suggest a good product to remove this dried varnish?
