    Hello,

We are experiencing problems with hickies at the moment during start up. We have inspected the roller trains after running and found build up on the rubber water forme roller and chrome oscillating roller (in the centre where there is no image). Our thinking is as it heats up it breaks down and transferes to the plate resulting in a stop to hand clean the plates. Has anybody seen this before and if so how did you go about fixing the problem?

change the fount make because its happen when your fountain solution has more calcium content which leads to it precipitation problem

it sounds like it could be your auto blanket washer brushes when it starts at start up, We clean that roller-brush monthly not just empy out the uv wash we had that same problem for a while than we found the wash up brush pan, now we have no hickies
