Fuser AC Voltage Out of Range in Print

Anything I can do about this?

We have a massive snow/ice storm and now a flood coming possibly that downed trees put the power out here while the machine was running. Booted back up and this fault came.


Anything I can do? Waiting for service now.

Is it a fault you can reset?

I would log in as PSP, get in intrusive diagnostics -> fuser components -> fuser lamps -> this will disable fuser lamp control, get out of intrusive and try resume printing. I have a lot of fuser related problems, i always have to reset them in 10b with fuser lamp control.

Yeah I have to take those steps when replacing the fuser roll.

I just did it and the print engine is warming up. Let's see if the problem is solved.


Seems like a stupidly easy fix if that's the case...

LOL Mine is like a high school girlfriend....if you don't give it attention every 5 minutes..it won't talk to you and give you the cold shoulder for a few days

We kept having that fault show up and it wound up being a bad lamp in the fuser.
