XPE-10-3112 Fuser AC Line Voltage Out of Range in Print
2FSC PWB (the FSC printed wire board on Panel 11A Area) declared that the AC Voltage is out of range in Print (above 254VAC or below 179VAC).
Initial Actions
NOTE:
The Step Down Voltage measurement is 14.5VAC +/-.6VAC
•Ensure that Figure 5Fuser AC Power Circuit Breaker (Figure 5CB103) is switched on.
•Check the gap between the Thermostats and the Heater Rolls:
–Fuser Roll ADJ 10.5
–External Roll 1 ADJ 10.6
–External Roll 2 ADJ 10.23
–Pressure Roll ADJ 10.25
–Metering Roll ADJ 10.8
•Check for wear or damage to the Heater Rolls
•Check the Heater Thermistors and the Thermostats for wear or contamination
•Ensure that the Thermistors are in contact with Heater Rolls
•Check the connectors and wires to the Heater Roll Thermistors for damage
NOTE:
Thermostats may reset when troubleshooting, causing +24VDC to become available.
