Good afternoon. I have an issue with an IGen4 printing machine. The situation is that it cannot complete the preparation process for printing in color mode. However, in black-and-white mode it prints without any problems. The quality remain unchanged.
The problem is that when starting any job, it spends a long time processing, draws chevrons on the photoreceptor, but then gives an error saying that the print preparation time has expired. After resetting it, the same thing repeats endlessly.
If I run DC951, during the execution of this procedure an error - Charge 2 Discorotron grid to PR slope out of range. Error Xpe 09 - 4742.
What should be done in this situation? Has anyone encountered a similar problem

Initially, there were many different errors, including issues related to 36 volts. I will attach a couple of photos below to make it clear what they were. However, all those problems have been resolved, and now we are left with the issue that we cannot get the machine to print in color.
