XPE-09-1100 followed by XPE-09-4572

Started getting XPE-09-1100 after faulting out from an XPE-09-3503. Cleaned ETAC sensors the patch generator. When I try to run dc0951 it faults out with XPE-09-4572. I'm running out of things to check. Any suggestions?

So I ran some tests in loop mode and found out that there is yellow EVERYWHERE. There's yellow all over the test sheets and even some yellow in some of the most recent copies of my job in the stacker. It must have happened when I changed the yellow toner, but even after putting a different toner barrel in the problem was still there.

Possible faulty TC sensor in the Yellow dev tank. You don't say whether it is an iGen3 or 4. You say you changed the developer. Did you earth the vacuum cleaner hose when you sucked out the old developer. If not you will destroy the sensor from static

Another reason for excessive toner across the Xero module could be a faulty charge system. Start with the charge corotrons and check all is OK with them and the connectors

Of course. The yellow over-inking didn't actually start after the developer change, but rather the toner. I changed the developer after it started. I checked the resistances across the TC sensor as well and everything seems ok. I suppose the next step is to check the sensor NVM to be sure its not set to anything crazy. There also seems to be a lot of toner build up in the developer station, but I can't tell if that's a side effect of way too much yellow or the cause. iGen3.

If you changed toner bottle after putting new Dev in that rules out it being some faulty toner double check if it's a different toner batch number. Clean all esv, etacs, mobs shutdown completely and try again. Had something similar and meant a new Dev tank. Good luck convincing xerox to part with a new one.
