Ok guys have had a reoccuring problem causing a few late and sleepless nights. We are not on a service contract and been relying on community, our own and other contacts.
Every morning we continue to swap out the pinscorotrons until the fault clears. The fault moves without the movement of the pinscorotron. Any ideas?

Worst case is the SSIB PWB failing sending invalid data to the HVSR's and HVPS's. Expensive if you do not have a contract

Any tests that may lead us to this, as the possible source of our frustration?

Purchase the service manual and check the connections between pinscorotrons and the rest of the electronic boards
