iGen 150 Error Code XPE-06-3230

Hello All,

I am getting the error code titled in the thread, I have done a Xerographic setup, cleaned all Mobs & ETACS, Also cleaned the patch generator.

I've taken the PR Belt off and cleaned all back bars and cleaned the ATA too, no success.

Anyone have any other hints.

It states X2C Clean Belt Calibration Fault.

I have read the other thread but no joy either.

Have you checked the IIM lamp assy? See if it comes on and also how dirty it is. Are you getting background on the PR belt?

Where is the IIM Lamp located? How would I check this. Thank you in advance.

not sure this is same prob I have. But I get occasional 9-1100's. when it happens, there are multiple "cleanbelt calibration errors" or patch errors...

this gets me out of it:

clean patch generator
clean etacs/mob
pull cleaner brushes and vacuum.

run mob calibration, then 951.
