IBT cleaning assembly or more specifically the blade.

I made the cleaning but that was no result, the next thing I did was change the developer tank position between red
and blue with the correct procedure and the result was that I now have blue lines so I am almost sure that the problem is the RED DEVELOPER TANK, what do you think?

Have you tried swapping drums?

i think that can be photoreceptor roller.. try change magenta and cyan roller..
