xerox docucolor 252 - magenta & yellow prints double image

    when i print on my xerox docucolor 252 the magenta & yellow prints a double lighter image in the backround. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

    Can you post a small scan of what you are getting?
    Does it do the same thing through the RIP and off the glass?

    yes it is the same from rip or glass

    What kind of media is being use? How heavy is it?

    if you print with other colors does it also have this double image or only when you use magenta and yellow/

    I think your fuser is failing or settings are off as far as media thickness. It does it on red because you have a thick layer of toner, nearly 100% M+100%Y. Does it do the same running regular paper?

    I thing the fuser is not getting hot enough, check your media type and configuration
