Xerox 800 - Paper catalog from UI won't display in Fiery Command Workstation

Our Fiery crashed hard and we had to do a full reload. Now the paper catalog from the color press ui computer will not load into the fiery.

We did all of the patch updates that were available.

Any ideas?

Having the exact same problem, get used to it. Theres alot of issues like that on those printers. Im running a CP1000 and CP800
 
    • This all started for us with a major crash on the Fiery that we now attribute to a bad dvd drive. When we reinstalled Fiery system software, we installed a version that was not compatible with our color press software. Once we reinstalled 2.2 system software, our problem was solved. But the rip didn't stop crashing until we literally unplugged the dvd drive.
