The costs per print that are advertised are slightly lower than we are experiencing. We have about 250,000 on it and find the drums last about 60,000, not the 80,000 they say they get. The feeder leaves a lot to be desired, they should have just used a straight shooter and saved the hassle. It is a pain in the a$$ to change over and get envelopes to feed with ANY consistency. They need to beef up the fuser a bit too. If you ask they will share how to get into service mode and raise the fuser temps. It has made money, so all in all I won't complain, just some minor irritations.
