xante impressia bypass feed problem

I'm printing envelopes landscape (manarch size) and the envelopes are jamming at the entrance. It seems like the feed wheel is off timing. Somethimes if feed partially before it jams. Have been printing these for a while but suddenly this frequent jamming has started. Cleaned roller, rebooted machine but nothing changed.
Any suggestions? Any service techs in the Chicagolqand area?
